Returns & Exchanges
1. Check if the package is intact as soon as you receive the product. Take pictures and contact your local shipping agency should the damage be caused during the shipment. We will contact the shipping for your compensation as soon as we receive the pictures.
2. You must inspect the product for any damages within 3 days after received. If there are any deficits on the products, make sure to send us photos or videos within 7 days of the acceptance of products.
3. We will provide professional videos of repair and maintenance of the products, for example nail detachment, skin coloration, minor cracks on skins and so on.
4. We will arrange for return or compensation in case major damages or deficits of the main parts occur.
